We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and other applicable laws. Processing only takes place where this is necessary to provide our shop, to fulfill contracts, to communicate with customers or based on your consent.

5. Hosting and Platform

Our shop is operated via Shopify. Provider: Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, as well as affiliated companies outside the EU/EEA. Data may be transferred to third countries, especially Canada/USA. 6. Payment Service Providers

Depending on your selected payment method, the following providers process data as independent controllers or processors:

  • Shopify Inbox/Chat if activated: processing of your messages to handle your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. Cookies and Consent

We use necessary cookies for shop operation, such as cart and checkout functions — Art. 6(1)(b), (f) GDPR. Optional technologies such as analytics, marketing and retargeting are only loaded after your active consent via our consent banner Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

9. Marketing / Tracking Only with Consent

  • Meta technologies Facebook/Instagram, including Pixel/Conversions API: used only after consent; possible transfer to third countries; Meta Privacy Policy.
  • Google services such as Analytics, Ads/Conversion Tracking: used only after consent; IP anonymization enabled; Google Privacy Policy.
  • TikTok Pixel if used: only after consent; TikTok Privacy Policy.

10. Retention and Deletion

We store data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory obligations, such as tax retention obligations of up to 10 years. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymized.
