Cancellation Policy for Digital Content (eSIM)
Right of cancellation
Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of cancellation. For digital content such as eSIM profiles, the right of cancellation expires as soon as we have started performing the contract and you have received the eSIM data such as a QR code or activation link.
Express consent
During checkout, you expressly confirm that we may begin performing the contract before the cancellation period expires and that you are aware that your right of cancellation expires once performance begins.
Cancellation period before performance begins
As long as performance has not yet begun, you may cancel the contract within 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.
Exercising the right of cancellation
Please send a clear statement by email to info@silentsim.de.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel before performance begins, we will refund all payments without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.
