Delivery method

Delivery is provided exclusively digitally by email as a QR code or activation data.

Delivery time / service level

• Standard delivery: within a few minutes after receipt of payment.
• Maximum delivery time: within 24 hours.
• In individual cases, fraud prevention checks may cause delays.

Shipping costs

There are no shipping costs.

Delivery area & compatibility

Worldwide digital delivery. An eSIM-compatible device is required. The customer must check compatibility before purchase.

Customer obligations

• Provide a correct and reachable email address.
• Also check the spam/promotions folder after purchase.
• Store the eSIM data securely and do not share it with third parties.

Non-delivery

If emails cannot be delivered, for example due to a typo or a full mailbox, please contact us at info@silentsim.de. After successful verification, we will resend the data.

No physical shipping

No physical delivery by post or parcel service takes place.
